Our Departments
R&D Department
The role of our R&D department is to keep our business competitive by providing insights into the market and developing new services / products or improving existing ones accordingly. The future growth of our business sits in a large part with the R&D department. The R&D department has a range of responsibilities.
Financial Department
Our finance department is the unit of our business responsible for obtaining and handling any monies on behalf of Fonicy. The department controls the income and expenditure in addition to ensuring effective business running with minimum disruptions.
Human Resource Department
Our Human resource management (HRM) is the practice of recruiting, hiring, deploying and managing Fonicy’s employees. HRM is often referred to simply as human resources (HR).
Sales Department
Having a strong sales team is crucial to the success of a company because our sales department is responsible for making sales, growing your business and retaining existing customers. Ultimately, the most important function of our sales department is maintaining relationships with Fonicy’s customers.
Production Department
Fonicy’s production department is a group of functions within our business that is responsible for the manufacture of goods. This can include just a few specialized functions with all other work outsourced, or a fully functioning department that converts raw materials, assembles components into finished goods, and packages them.
